I told Patrice Motsepe that it was time for him and the likes of Dangotes, Mo Ibrahims, Ovias, Strive Masiyiwas, et al, as a group, to be the one initiating all ideas, discuss, summit, retreat on Africa, from Africa and for Africa, while inviting ‘outsiders’ to join in. Not the other way round. Be it in business, tech, politics, peace building, infrastructure, medicine and so on.

Only Africans, within, can truly change and improve Africa for Africans.
