Scars: One of the biggest mistakes you can make as an entrepreneur is overstocking, it’s better to sell out fast and have demand than to overstock and tie money down.
In the past I would make a minimum of 1000 of each item, last year we produced at least 10,000 watches and at least 50,000 bottles of perfumes amongst other products. While it’s good to have stock it also ties your money down.
The new strategy is to produce 1000 to 3000 at a time and when the numbers are around 500 to 1000 you can go back to production.
Do everything to protect your cashflow because cashflow is king.
