NEXUS With Burberry -King Of Hustle | Nightlife, Luxury, Hospitality And Youth Development In The Society

The LLP Africa

Recently at the Institute (in 2021), we began an educative digest project on Nightlife, Luxury, Hospitality and Youth Development in Africa. This we called the Nexus. In doing so, we sought a firm support from a hardworking and trusted individual with an impeccable integrity who is also a force to be reckoned with in the Nightlife, Luxury and Hospitality Business Industry in Nigeria. He is Mr. Tuebi Andrea “Burberry” Dinyain, aka the King of Hustle. Mr. Burberry is affiliated with reputable multinational corporations and conglomerates that specialize in luxury goods and lifestyle services. He has been under the tutelage and mentorship of astute businessmen, brand influencers and lifestyle connoisseurs, like Mr. Obinna Iyiegbu of Cubana Group, Sir Uyi Ugbebor of HWP Group. He also has a good working and personal relationship with some of Africa’s A-List Celebrities, like Messrs Ayo Balogun aka WizKid (now BigWiz), David Adeleke aka Davido, The Idibias, Omalay and a host of others.

He gave us a detailed insight of the advantages of Nightlife, Luxury and Hospitality, and the true but unnoticed effects it has on the society, especially as it relates to Youth, Business and Skill Development etc. During one of our several meetings, he pointed out one of the elements for attaining success in the industry, which he said was ideal Mentorship. He added, that for anyone seeking to venture into the Nightlife, Luxury and Hospitality business or services, there must be proper and ideal Mentorship. And that it would ensure a greater chance of success in the field as the Nightlife industry was competitive and challenging, even though it has potential to accommodate new players.

His quote on the Banner reads thus:

“Mentorship in the Nightlife & Luxury Business Is Crucial, like any other field or industry. I was mentored by the best, Kings! They were also groomed by the best of Kingmakers. And this remains the standard.”

So, here let’s throw a little light on Mentorship. It is the knowledge, advice, and resources a mentor shares depends on the format and goals of a specific mentoring relationship. What’s more, a mentor may share with a mentee (or protege) information about his or her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling.

A mentor may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resourceMentorships. The mentor role may change as the needs of the mentee change. Some mentoring relationships are part of structured programs that have specific expectations and guidelines: others are more informal.

The concept of mentoring is simple although successful implementation can be challenging.

At The LLP Africa, we keep you informed with value, as much as we can.
