Namibian Emma Theofilus Is Africa’s Youngest Minister

A 23-year-old Namibian, Emma Theofilus has become Namibia’s youngest Minister.

Ms. Emma was appointed the Deputy Minister of Information, Communication and Technology on 22 March, 2020. She’s probably the youngest Minister in the whole of Africa. This is a good move and a good standard that has been set by Namibia, a feat other African countries should follow in liberating the youths in countries. Leadership is tasking as the world knows, but could there be a better time to get the younger ones practically involved in the real affairs of a nation? Now is the time. Kudos to Emma, Africans all over the world are proud of you!
