– The LLP Desk
The Management of The LLP Africa, led by one of its Directors, George Ikoli Esq, pmn, in the company of others representing other Youth and Skills and Occupational sectors paid a courtesy visit to a Philanthropist, Politician, Businessman and the Grand Patron of Nayate George LLP, Alhaji Salihu Maina.
The delegation was received by Salihu and his associates, Messrs. Nazif and Tonye.
At the event, Ikoli briefed Maina on the crux of the visit, which was to appreciate him for his support for Nayate George LLP and also, his contributions towards Youth and Service Development and its Advocacy in Nigeria and beyond. He informed Maina that the visit which was earlier drafted for February 2020 could not hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic which caused restrictions in movement globally. In view of that, Management Executives of The LLP Africa based across the Globe could not assemble in Nigeria at the same time to honor him.
Ikoli while giving his remarks, appreciated Maina while educating others that Nayate George LLP, which he described as a Lifestyle & Luxury Photography hub and The LLP Africa are both powered by the same agency, GOAST Concepts A.M.E and that The LLP Africa, now an Institute and Online Magazine birthed from Nayate George LLP.
Ikoli emphasized that GOAST Concepts A.M.E’s projects had recorded tremendous growth and that it success story would not be complete without Salihu’s constant contributions, encouragement and endless support.
Salihu in his response, said he was overwhelmed and humbled by the young and grateful people, he said as much he did not anticipate the appreciation made, he was deeply joyed and felt honoured. He thanked Ikoli and others present after which his associates Messrs. Nazif and Tonye gave some words of affirmation and encouragement. While Nazif stated before everyone how he had known Salihu for over 4 decades and for as long as he can remember, Salihu had been a detribalized helper confirming Maina as a true philanthropist, Tonye encouraged everyone to draw close to God and emulate lifestyles that would make the world a better place.
The atmosphere got more emotional when Hameed Esq shared a life story of how a he was assisted financially by a total stranger during his university years. At the end, each person was encouraged by the testimonies shared.
