Eggs contain choline, a rare compound which is great for the brain and reduces the risk of cancer as well. According to one study, eating 2-3 eggs a day can reduce the risk of cancer by nearly 20%!

Eggs are the ideal weight loss food – they will keep your full for a long time and help you eat less during the day, which will eventually result in weight loss.
Reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems
A recent research has shown that the cholesterol found in eggs is beneficial for our health and won’t do no harm. The egg cholesterol inhibits the production of cholesterol in the body, and the high omega-3 fatty acid content can reduce your triglyceride levels, effectively preventing a variety of cardiovascular diseases.
Protect the liver, skin and hair
The variety of vitamins from the B group found in eggs including vitamin B12 is great for your liver and will also strengthen your skin and hair. Eggs also contain phospholipids which will eliminate toxins from the liver and improve its function.

Eggs are one of the best natural sources of vitamin D. This vitamin is extremely important for our health, but most of us severely lack it. Vitamin D improves the absorption of calcium in the body and prevents a variety of bone and teeth problems.
