– Tony Igweh IOA
We are a team of 11 and the team can come up with the most ridiculous idea, lol.
Getting a job for one person is not easy, talk less of getting jobs for a group of people.
When people see training adverts with the catchphrases “get an immediate job placement” there is always the question of how true is this statement.
When we started our tech training journey, the first thing I and the team thought about was, after the training what next?
They go back to job hunting?
We had to think of a way to both train and deploy.
Becoming great at anything depends on a conscious effort to improve self by continuous practice.
The idea of IoA is to replicate tech skill all across the country, and in achieving this we have recruited our team members to include people in every part of the country.
The question now begs, how do we intend to get them jobs?
Our trainees will include:
1. Digital Marketers
2. Graphic Designers and; 3. WordPress Developers for now.
The only way for us to absorb them into the system will be for us to create the job opportunities our selves.
We already have schools and businesses who do not have footprints on the digital space and need our services to put them on the map, the idea is to train our talents and deploy them to these companies to replicate what they have learnt, with the guidance of a mentor who holds their hand through the process.
We are not running a catch and realise model, we are taking our time to train, intern, mentor and deploy.
