He said, “I look forward to harnessing the benefits of this 80 year old tradition of the United States Department of States in bringing together emerging leaders across the world to participate in projects focused on themes spanning democracy, human rights, counter terrorism, regional stability, public diplomacy and global economic growth with an isolated emphasis for my grouping on engaging youths in the political process.
